1. Fruits and Vegetables. Fruits – Apples, bananas, oranges, berries, grapes, etc.Vegetables – Broccoli, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, etc.

2. Grains:Whole Grains. Brown rice, whole wheat, oats, quinoa, barley, etc.Refined Grains: White rice, white bread, pasta made from white flour, etc.

3. Protein Foods. Lean Meat: Chicken, turkey, lean beef, etc.Fish: Salmon, tuna, cod, etc.Eggs: Chicken eggs, quail eggs, etc.Legumes: Beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas, etc.Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, flaxseeds, etc.Dairy Products: Milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.

4. Dairy (or Dairy Alternatives). Milk: Cow’s milk, soy milk, almond milk, etc.Yogurt: Greek yogurt, soy yogurt, coconut yogurt, etc.Cheese: Cheddar, mozzarella, feta, etc.
