Summary

With all the things going on in our busy lives, our mental health is so important to nuture. Never has that been more apparent than in post-Covid times. During the pandemic we were put under the spotlight, because we had to endure unprecedented amounts of emotional and physical stress. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England, and 1 in 6 people report experiencing one (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England. Keeping our minds healthy should be a priority!

With mindset changes and close monitoring, our mental health can flourish, leading us to happier more fulfilling lives. We have put together a little series to outline 4 parts to mental health.
